Pelarem els grans d\u2019all, els submergirem en aigua bullint durant 1 minut i els refredarem en aigua amb gel; repetirem l\u2019operaci\u00f3 tres vegades.<\/li>\n<li>Afegirem l\u2019all a les ametlles, l\u2019oli, el <a href=\"\/ca\/portfolio\/vinagre-de-vi-chardonnay\">vinagre de vi Chardonnay<\/a>, la sal i el pebre. Ho triturarem tot amb un t\u00farmix i ho passarem per un colador. Rectificarem de sal, pebre i vinagre, reservarem a la nevera durant un dia. Pelarem les gambes, en retirarem l\u2019est\u00f3mac, salarem i marcarem lleugerament en una paella.<\/li>\n<li>Servirem l\u2019ajoblanco en un plat fondo; en el centre posarem tres gambes i refrescarem amb oli d\u2019oliva verge extra i unes gotetes de vinagre de Chardonnay.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>*La recepta pot fer-se tamb\u00e9 amb zamburinyes, escamarlans o el marisc que m\u00e9s us agradi.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-text-1 text-normal  element-top-20 element-bottom-20\" data-os-animation=\"none\" data-os-animation-delay=\"0s\">\n    <p>El Restaurant La Boscana est\u00e0 ubicat a la finca La Boscana.
