Reserveu.<\/li>\n<li>Prepareu l\u2019amaniment: per fer-ho, poseu en un pot amb tapa 4 cullerades de suc de taronja, una mica de ratlladura de la seva pell, la mel, sal, pebre negre, 3 cullerades d\u2019agredol\u00e7 de mel, 6 cullerades d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge extra i 4-5 pinyons aixafats en el morter.<\/li>\n<li>Tanqueu la tapa i sacsegeu b\u00e9 fins que es formi una salsa emulsionada.<\/li>\n<li>En el plat de servir col\u00b7loqueu les rodanxes de carbass\u00f3, regueu amb l\u2019amaniment, poseu encenalls fins de formatge parmes\u00e0, uns quants germinats, p\u00e8tals de cal\u00e8ndula i el pinyons reservats trossejats.<\/li>\n<li>Acompanyeu amb torrades de pa fines o biscotes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>NOTA:<\/strong> El carbass\u00f3 que sigui uniforme i no molt gruixut perqu\u00e8 les rodanxes surtin de mida semblant.
