I sense bon vi no hi ha bon vinagre.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de diversos anys dif\u00edcils marcats per la sequera extrema, la campanya 2025 arriba amb bones not\u00edcies per al sector vitivin\u00edcola. Segons dades de l\u2019INCAVI i de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 Catalana d\u2019En\u00f2legs, a Catalunya i en bona part de l\u2019Estat els viticultors han pogut collir un ra\u00efm en molt millor estat sanitari i amb una qualitat superior. Aquesta millora en les condicions \u00e9s clau per produir vins i, per tant, vinagres, amb personalitat, estructura i aromes netes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bones condicions clim\u00e0tiques i m\u00e9s rendiment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les pluges de tardor i primavera i un estiu moderat han afavorit la recuperaci\u00f3 de la vinya. Les \u00e0rees de producci\u00f3 amb qu\u00e8 habitualment treballem a Badia Vinagres, com els cellers del Pened\u00e8s per a varietats blanques i els cellers de Tarragona i Lleida per a varietats negres, han encarat aquesta verema amb unes expectatives molt m\u00e9s optimistes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tot i alguns episodis de malalties com el m\u00edldiu i pedregades en determinades zones, les primeres estimacions apunten un increment de la producci\u00f3 d\u2019un 10% respecte de l\u2019any anterior. Per\u00f2 m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de la quantitat, el que realment celebrem \u00e9s la qualitat. Enguany la terra ens dona ra\u00efm amb bon equilibri entre acidesa i grau alcoh\u00f2lic, condici\u00f3 indispensable per obtenir vinagres d\u2019alt nivell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ra\u00efm de qualitat per a vinagres d\u2019excel\u00b7l\u00e8ncia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Badia Vinagres, treballem amb ra\u00efm i vins seleccionats amb cura, elaborats amb varietats locals i respectuoses amb l\u2019entorn.
