Season, and cover with the heated wine and vinegar.<\/li>\n<li>Bring to the boil again and cook for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Turn off the heat and leave to cool. Once cold, leave to marinate overnight in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"text-left  element-top-20 element-bottom-20 text-normal normal default\" data-os-animation=\"none\" data-os-animation-delay=\"0s\" >\n    :: Sauce of marinated Riesling ::<\/h3><div class=\"col-text-1 text-normal  element-top-20 element-bottom-20\" data-os-animation=\"none\" data-os-animation-delay=\"0s\">\n    <ol>\n<li>After 24 hours, remove the foie and save the marinade.<\/li>\n<li>Put the marinade in a saucepan and reduce slowly until it becomes a thick sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Leave to cool.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"text-left  element-top-20 element-bottom-20 text-normal normal default\" data-os-animation=\"none\" data-os-animation-delay=\"0s\" >\n    :: Vinaigrette of Merlot vinegar and pomegranate ::<\/h3><div class=\"col-text-1 text-normal  element-top-20 element-bottom-20\" data-os-animation=\"none\" data-os-animation-delay=\"0s\">\n    <ol>\n<li>Making the pomegranate juice.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl mix 1 part of Merlot vinegar with 1 part of pomegranate juice for 3 parts of EVOO.<\/li>\n<li>Beat vigorously until it forms a creamy vinaigrette.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"section  text-normal section-text-no-shadow section-inner-no-shadow section-normal element-bottom-20\" data-os-animation=\"none\" data-os-animation-delay=\"0s\">\n    <ol>\n<li>Clean lettuce and cut into pieces about 2 centimeters.<\/li>\n<li>Clean and quarter the figs, cut the grapes in half and remove the pips.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. In a bowl, put a base of lettuce and place on top the red fruit and grapes.<\/li>\n<li>Season with vinaigrette of Merlot vinegar and pomegranate.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the foie into cubes and season with Riesling sauce marinade.<\/li>\n<li>Put a handful of diced foie in the center of the salad and decorate with a sprig of rosemary.<\/li>\n<li>Dust with toasted sesame seeds.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"This salad has two preparations.
