balsamic vinegar<\/a>, a pinch of salt and ground pistachios.<\/li>\n<li>Deseed the pomegranate and cut the pears into slices.<\/li>\n<li>Make a few Idi\u00e1zabal cheese shavings with a knife.<\/li>\n<li>On a plate arrange some spinach sprouts, the pear slices, some pomegranate seeds, some quince cubes and Idiaz\u00e1bal cheese shavings<\/li>\n<li>Dress it with the pistachio
