Once it starts to boil, add a bay leaf and then the mussels. Add the white wine, a few black peppercorns and a pinch of salt.<\/li>\n<li>Cook for about 3 minutes until all the shells have opened, remove with a skimmer. Allow to cool and set aside on a plate.<\/li>\n<li>Remove mussels from shells. Clean and debeard the mussels, set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Scrub the shells with a brush, dry and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Clean and cut the bell peppers and onion into very small cubes.<\/li>\n<li>Make the garlic and parsley sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Make the vinaigrette by mixing Port wine bittersweet vinegar, olive oil, black pepper and a pinch of salt.<\/li>\n<li>In a bowl, mix bell pepper and onion cubes with the sauce and the vinaigrette.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare the mussels by placing one by one inside of each shell, together with the bell pepper dressing.<\/li>\n<li>Set aside in the fridge until serving time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"section  text-normal section-text-no-shadow section-inner-no-shadow section-normal section-opaque\"  >\n    \n    <div class=\"background-overlay grid-overlay-0 \" style=\"background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0);\"><\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"container container-vertical-default\">\n        <div class=\"row vertical-default\">\n            <div class=\"col-md-12     text-default small-screen-default\"  ><div class=\"col-text-1 text-normal  element-top-20 element-bottom-20\" data-os-animation=\"none\" data-os-animation-delay=\"0s\">\n    <p style=\"font-size: 100%; font-family: muli; color: black; text-align: center;\"><strong>Did you like this recipe?
