Beat the egg yolks and sugar.<br \/>\n2. Add the flour, the yeast and the Catalan vinaigrette.<br \/>\n3. Clean, peel and grate the carrots.<br \/>\n4. Add and mix everything together.<br \/>\n5. Beat the whites until stiff.<br \/>\n6. Add slowly and mix gently.<br \/>\n7. Place the cake dough in a non-stick baking mould.<br \/>\n8. Bake in the oven at 200\u00b0C about 45 minutes, until cooked in the centre and<br \/>\nbrown.<br \/>\n9.
