{"id":8222,"date":"2025-05-09T10:41:09","date_gmt":"2025-05-09T10:41:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/badiavinagres.com\/?p=8222"},"modified":"2025-05-09T10:53:30","modified_gmt":"2025-05-09T10:53:30","slug":"badia-vinagres-al-salon-gourmets-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/badiavinagres.com\/en\/badia-vinagres-al-salon-gourmets-2025","title":{"rendered":"Badia Vinagres at Sal\u00f3n Gourmets 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From April 7th to 10th, we took part in the 38th edition of <strong>Sal\u00f3n Gourmets<\/strong>, the International Fine Food and Beverage Fair held annually in Madrid, which has become the most important event of its kind in Europe.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This year, the fair reached record-breaking numbers, with more than <strong>2,100 exhibitors<\/strong>, <strong>55,000 products on display<\/strong>, and <strong>15,000 international professional visitors<\/strong>, generating a business volume exceeding <strong>200 million euros<\/strong>. For the first time, IFEMA\u2019s exhibition center hosted the event across <strong>six halls<\/strong>, covering a total of <strong>90,000 m\u00b2 of exhibition space<\/strong> and featuring nine active stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sal\u00f3n Gourmets is much more than just a fair. It is a <strong>strategic showcase for high-end gourmet products<\/strong> and a privileged platform to discover the most cutting-edge innovations in the agri-food sector. It also serves as recognition for the people and companies who work tirelessly to raise the standards of excellence and quality in food production in our territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At this year\u2019s edition, <strong>Badia Vinagres<\/strong> participated in the <strong>Hosted Buyers Program (HBP)<\/strong>, which connects exhibitors with export capacity to top-level international buyers. This year, the program brought together professionals from <strong>48 different countries<\/strong>, giving us the opportunity to meet with buyers from <strong>the United States, South Korea, Belgium, Ireland, New Zealand, Latvia, the Netherlands, France, Hungary<\/strong>, and many more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our goal was to <strong>strengthen our brand<\/strong>, <strong>enhance our national and international presence<\/strong>, and <strong>reconnect with trusted clients<\/strong>. We returned from Madrid with a full agenda of new key contacts to help us continue growing, with stronger partnerships, and with the shared feeling that all the effort and dedication were truly worth it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">With every participation in events like Sal\u00f3n Gourmets, we reaffirm our commitment to <strong>quality, innovation, and the international growth of the Badia Vinagres project<\/strong>.
