href=\"\/fr\/portfolio\/vinaigre-balsamique-de-pomme\">vinaigre balsamique de pomme Castell Gardeny<\/a> de Badia Vinagres, un peu de sel et les pistaches moulues.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9grenez la grenade et coupez les poires en tranches.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau, faites quelques copeaux de fromage Idiaz\u00e1bal.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une assiette, placez des pousses d\u2019\u00e9pinards, les tranches de poire, quelques grains de grenade, quelques d\u00e9s de p\u00e2te de coing et les copeaux de fromage Idiaz\u00e1bal.<\/li>\n<li>Assaisonnez avec la vinaigrette de
