Salez-les, farinez-les et faites-les frire dans une po\u00eale avec de l&rsquo;huile tr\u00e8s chaude et abondante.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsqu\u2019elles seront frites, retirez-les et mettez-les sur un plateau.<\/li>\n<li>Dans la m\u00eame huile o\u00f9 vous avez frit les sardines, mettez 6 gousses d\u2019ail pel\u00e9es; quand vous allez voir qu\u2019ils commencent \u00e0 \u00eatre dor\u00e9s, retirez la po\u00eale du feu et mettez le piment rouge, une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de paprika doux et le vinaigre. Attention aux \u00e9claboussures!<\/li>\n<li>Ensuite, ajoutez-y les feuilles de laurier et les brins de thym, et remettez la po\u00eale sur le feu.
