Pelez les gousses d&rsquo;ail, plongez-les dans de l&rsquo;eau bouillante pendant 1 minute et refroidissez-les dans de l&rsquo;eau avec des gla\u00e7ons. R\u00e9p\u00e9tez l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration trois fois.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez l&rsquo;ail aux amandes, l&rsquo;huile, le <a href=\"\/fr\/portfolio\/vinaigre-de-vin-chardonnay\">vinaigre de vin Chardonnay<\/a>, le sel et le poivre. Mixez le m\u00e9lange puis passez-le au tamis. Rectifiez l&rsquo;assaisonnement (sel, poivre, vinaigre) et r\u00e9servez au frigidaire pendant un jour.
