Dans un bol, m\u00e9langez le vinaigre (environ 10 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe), l\u2019huile (environ 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe) et un peu de poivre. Coupez les champignons en fines tranches et faites-les mariner dans le m\u00e9lange pendant environ 30 minutes. Puis, faites sauter les champignons dans une po\u00eale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>POUR LE POTIRON<\/strong><br \/>\nUne fois que le potiron est coup\u00e9 en petits d\u00e9s, mettez-les dans un r\u00e9cipient adapt\u00e9 pour le four, puis ajoutez un peu d\u2019huile. Dans un four pr\u00e9alablement chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 170\u00b0C, faites cuire les d\u00e9s pendant environ 15 minutes. La taille des d\u00e9s a une influence sur le temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 leur cuisson. Il est recommand\u00e9 de surveiller la cuisson jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les d\u00e9s soient cuits \u00e0 point.<\/p>\n<p><strong>POUR LE QUINOA<\/strong><br \/>\nPour cuire le quinoa, portez 3 volumes d\u2019eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Ajoutez du sel selon votre go\u00fbt et incorporez 1 volume du quinoa. Laissez cuire 10 minutes au four, puis laissez reposer 5 minutes de plus. \u00c9gouttez ensuite et voil\u00e0, tout est pr\u00eat pour servir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MONTAGE DU COCONUTBOWL<\/strong><br \/>\nTout d\u2019abord, au fond du bol, versez le quinoa. Placez ensuite les d\u00e9s de potiron, les champignons de Paris, l\u2019avocat, la grenade et les pousses. Enfin, versez un bon filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et de vinaigre selon votre go\u00fbt.
