Mettez de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la graisse rendue, faites pocher les poireaux nettoy\u00e9s et coup\u00e9s en lamelles, avec un peu de sel, pendant environ 5 minutes, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils perdent toute consistance solide.<br \/>\nVersez dans la po\u00eale l\u2019aigre-doux, faites cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9bullition.
