A perfect vinegar for enhancing the flavour of white fruit salads (apple, pear, nectarines, and so on) or as a base for preparing vinaigrettes and sauces.

Thanks to its subtle aromas, our Chardonnay vinegar can also be used to marinate and pickle fish.

Made with Chardonnay grape wine

White grape variety from France. A grape with a strong character used to make wines with a good level of acidity, body and volume. Hints of green apple, blossom honey, chamomile, tender almonds and a saline note are some of the impressions that we get from this complex vinegar.
