For us it is essential to have a close relationship of trust with our wine suppliers. It is not about buying products from them, but working hand in hand with so that vintage after vintage we can adapt our vinegars to the new trends and changing demands of the market.
As we see it, only by using the best raw materials from the field can we offer the best products for the table.
