Sauce for vermouth time

:: Ingredients ::

  • 10 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 50 ml GARDENY vermouth vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sweet or smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • A pinch of salt

:: Preparació ::

  1. Place all the ingredients in a small saucepan and heat gently.
  2. Once it begins to boil, remove immediately from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
