During the lockdown months, like so many other businesses, we had to make decisions that, under different circumstances, might have come much later. One of them was launching our online shop. We did so somewhat reluctantly, we have to admit.
Those months of isolation changed many things and gave new meaning to ways of shopping that can sometimes feel colder or more impersonal. But if we were going to create an online shop, we knew we wanted to do it our way: with warmth, personality and the personal touch we have always believed in.
From those uncertain beginnings to where we are today, we can say that we are very happy with the community that has grown around our online shop. We see that people are satisfied and, most importantly for us, many customers come back. Repeat customers are the best sign that we are on the right track.
Retail is in our blood
The world of retail has always been very present in our family. Our mother and her sister had a clothing shop in town, and at weekends, whenever needed, we would go and help them.
That experience left a lasting impression on us. We still remember the atmosphere in the shop, the personal contact with customers, always greeting people with a smile and that way of putting the customer first. Without even realising it, we learned many lessons there that we still apply today. And that way of understanding retail is exactly what we try to bring to our online shop.

We currently manage around 30 online orders per month and receive approximately ten enquiries about points of sale. Little by little, this small project continues to grow, and that makes us very happy.
