Elaborat a la nostra vinagreria amb raïm blanc Chardonay de primera qualitat, ecològic i del territori. Vegà, sense gluten i sense pasteuritzar. És el resultat de combinar una agricultura ecològica molt selectiva en origen amb un mètode de fermentació i envelliment tal com s’ha fet sempre el vinagre a casa.

Organic apple vinegar

Natural. Sustainable. Sulphite-free.

Made at our vinegar factory with organic apples from the plain of Lleida.
Unfiltered (with mother of vinegar) and unpasteurised. Vegan, gluten-free and sulphite-free vinegar. We bet on this all-organic, natural and locally sourced vinegar for our customers.

Gastronomy

Use it as a dressing for your salads and vegetable dishes. It is also ideal for preparing vinaigrettes and sauces.

Made with apples from Lleida

The plain of Lleida is a land rich in fruit trees, so this is a must-taste vinegar from our hometown, Mollerussa. A selection of tasty, organic apples gives rise to a meticulously made apple vinegar that is extremely healthy and sustainable by definition.
