Potatoes with brava vinaigrette

Ingredients:

  • Small potatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Brava vinaigrette:

:: Preparació ::

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly without peeling them.
  2. Blanch them in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  3. Dry and cut them into desired shape.
  4. Fry in olive oil until golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towel.
  6. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  7. Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  8. Serve the potatoes hot with the brava vinaigrette drizzled on top or on the side.
